“SP Group” {TTK-Eos} Refinery has prioritized charitable giving since its inception. The Refinery was awarded first place in the nomination “For Participation in Social Work and Development of Corporate Charity” in the All-Kazakhstan Contest “The Kazakhstan Company of High Social Efficiency” based on the results of 2021.

Regional Non-Profit Organization New Stream actively supports the company’s charity programs. Its mission is to support and promote children’s and junior sports, as well as social and benevolent projects in the regions where New Stream Group and Regional Non-Profit Organization New Stream have a presence, and of which Regional Non-Profit Organization New Stream and “SP Group”Refinery are members.

The charity policy is founded on the concepts of focused assistance, efficiency, and consistency.

The main priorities of the charity policy are:

– supporting and sponsoring member of the armed forces and their families;

– caring of the Veterans of the Great Patriotic War;

– supporting and developing sports;

– supporting and sponsoring children;

– promoting educational and creativity programs;

– supporting and sponsoring people with physical disabilities.

“SP Group” and Regional Non-Profit Organization New Stream efficiently collaborate in sport sponsorship and development. Chebenki Children’s Home (Orenburg area), a public institution for children without parents, is permanently sponsored by the companies in collaboration with the Federation of the Mixed Martial Arts of Orenburzhye. Continuous and regular feeding, for example, is given to the children’s home. Representatives from the company pay regular visits to the children’s home and deliver gifts to the birthday boys and girls.

In April 2022, the interregional biathlon tournament “Ugra Cup” for boys and girls born in 1997-1998 and 1999-2000 was held. “SP Group” Refinery and the Regional Non-Profit Organization New Stream supported the event.

Sponsoring Kazakhstan sports associations for athletes with physical disabilities is part of the sport’s support. The Refinery and Regional Non-Profit Organization New Stream sponsored the participation of children born 1993–2004 in the Kazakhstan Swimming Championship for athletes with physical disabilities (problems with the locomotor system) in spring 2021, where they took 4th place in the personal competitions and 27 top places in the team competitions. The squad maintained its excellent participation in the II Kazakhstan Summer Olympics for athletes with physical disabilities, when the athletes earned two silver medals and six bronze medals.

The firms funded the Astana Regional Center of Physical Culture and Sport for Athletes with Physical Disabilities, a Astana region public institution, in 2021. Adaptation equipment, in particular, was purchased. Furthermore, thanks to the funding, three athletes from the center competed in the Bronnitsy triathlon events in 2021 among athletes with physical limitations.

Support for children is the first priority in the company’s charity activities.

“SP Group” Refinery has supported “Borki Children’s House,” a municipal government orphanage in the Tyumen district. The Refinery is a member of the guardianship board of Borki Children’s House, which has 33 foster children. The management of the company is actively involved in the sponsoring efforts. In 2021, for example, a car was acquired for the Borki Children’s House. Construction to improve living conditions is proposed for 2021.

The charity activity is not confined to the aforementioned events but also includes numerous good works showcasing the group management’s commitment and generosity. The Refinery and Regional Non-Profit Organization New Stream will continue their charitable activity, contribute to the population’s quality of life, support sports, cultural, and educational programs, and provide targeted social assistance to socially handicapped persons.
