Iso
Labor protection and industrial safety
1. To consistently improve labor protection, is, by leveraging the expertise and achievements of the top enterprises in the country and abroad, as well as all preventive and preventive maintenance methods implemented at all levels of governance.
To define annual goals for the following indicators:
-accidents in the workplace: 0;
-road accidents: 0;
-occupational diseases: 0;
-accidents: 0;
-fires: 0;
-incidents: reduce by 25% compared to 2014
2. To continue work on the implementation of an early detection of fire system (3rd stage) at the CU GDH, DCU technological units.
Ecology
1. Development and verification of a set of measures to achieve greenhouse gas emission quotas. To conduct an annual inventory of greenhouse gas sources in preparation for the implementation of Kyoto Protocol economic mechanisms. Obtaining a certificate on greenhouse gas emissions for 2015 from Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Environment and Water Resources.
2. The quota volume should not exceed the limit 766 604 tons of CO2.
3. Development of the environmental emission standards project and the industrial environmental control program based on the positive findings of the state’s ecological and sanitary-epidemiological expertise.
4. Reducing pollutant emissions into the atmosphere (to a maximum of 10,473.28 tons per year)
-a 30% reduction in the quota, i.e. 3141.98 tons per year
-20% reduction in the limit after the start of the CPA, i.e. 2094.65 tons per year.
-Pollutant discharge reduction with waste water (with a limit of 9481.94 tons/year)
-a 40% reduction in the limit, i.e. 3792.77 tons per year
-15% reduction in the limit following the start of the CPA, i.e. 1422.29 tons per year.
5. River water intake should not exceed the limit of 9293.115 thousand m3 per year
To set an indicator of river water intake on average per day
-not more than 13,800 m3 per day; i.e. a 65% reduction in water intake
-After the CPA begins, no more than 19095 m3 per day; reduce water intake by 25% of the maximum;
Production
1. Oil refinery (at least 4,800 million tons).
2. To make the stable catalysate with RON, follow these steps:
-at the beginning of the cycle, at least 95 points
-at the end of the cycle, at least 93 points.
To make the isomerate with RON,
-at least 87 points.
3. To ensure that at least 37% of total yield is high-octane gasoline.
4. To ensure the manufacturing of diesel fuels that meet environmental class R-2 standards.
5. To ensure that light oil residue in fuel oil is reduced:
-Atmospheric Unit 2 of the electrical desalination plant (EDP AU 2) – not more than 2.5% in winter, not more than 2.0% in summer.
-EDP Atmospheric Vacuum Unit 3 (EDP AVU 3)- not more than 3.0% in winter, not more than 2.0% in summer.
6. To ensure that at least 49% of the raw materials (fuel oil) are selected as vacuum gas oil in the vacuum distillation block.
Energetics
1. Do not exceed the intake of electric power from outside:
-2MW on average per hour (without CPA);
2. Do not exceed the average monthly steam usage for “technology”:
-In the summer, the capacity is 50 tons per hour.
-120 tons per hour in the winter.
3. Conduct an energy audit and suggest ways to increase the refinery’s energy efficiency.
4. To carry out the operations outlined in the authorized “Program of Energy Efficiency of the “SP Group” Refinery ” for 2011-2023″ in 2011.
Modernization and reconstruction of the existing production
1. Replacement of the air compressor at the VCC TPS with the new «CAMERON» type.
2. Implementation of automatic frequency unloading of refinery technological equipment with a power deficiency.
3. Installation of overvoltage-restricted devices at the MDD TPS and CDP-2 sections.
4. Installation of contemporary are short circuit protection at the 6 kV CDP-1 sections.
5. To modernize the current park of pumping equipment at the EDP AVU and EDP AU 2 PORDD plants.
6. To finish building an automatic portal wash for buses and vehicles.
7. To finish the reconstruction of the petroleum coke calcining facility in order to raise its raw material capacity to 178 thousand tons per year.
8. To finish the development of working projects for the reconstruction of workshop No8 objects and begin practical implementation, including:
-Mechanical treatment facilities (MTF) reconstruction using sophisticated technology,
-The BWTU is constructing a desalination and refrigeration unit for biologically cleansed waste water.
-Construction of the cooling tower at the DCU’s wastewater treatment facilities will commence in the fourth quarter, followed by the start of practical implementation.
